1. Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice).

  • Returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending anything back.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on used or damaged products, unless they arrived faulty or defective.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photos of the issue to help us investigate.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for any faulty or incorrect items.

3. Change of Mind

If you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in resaleable condition.
In this case, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, to your original payment method.

If more than 10 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for an update.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or type), please contact us first to confirm availability.
We’ll guide you through the simple exchange process.
